Virtual booths: How do I get an embedded link of my video for the virtual booth?

All videos and documents added to Brella have to be embeddable.

To begin with, what's embeddable? - *(of a video or other item of data) can be incorporated within the body of a web page or other document.

Obtaining a video from Youtube, Vimeo or Google Drive, or any other online video-sharing platform is simple! Here we show you how to do it:

YOUTUBE

  • Firstly, go to the online video-sharing platform, click on Share, and then select Embed. A second window will appear where you can copy the right code.

  • The embed code looks like the image below. For Brella, you only need to copy the link within the code highlighted between quotation marks ". " Please copy and paste it on the carousel section, and ready!

  • You can preview how the video looks at the event on the sponsor virtual booths page at next.brella.io.

VIMEO

  • Firstly, go to the online video-sharing platform, and choose the video, click on the third option Embed.
  • Then, on the right side, click on Embed code, copy the first link between quotation marks after <iframe..., and paste it on the carousel of your virtual booth.

GOOGLE DRIVE

  • Firstly, go to Google Drive, open the video file. 
  • Then click on the three-dot option on the right side, click on Open in a new window.

  • Once the video opens in a new window, click on the three-dot option again, and select Embed.

  • A new window will open, and you will get the embed code. Copy the first link in between quotation marks after <iframe..., and paste it in the carousel section of your virtual booth.
