The fastest and easy way to share your BOR recording is using any cloud services such as GDrive, iCloud, or similar.
After your session has ended on the Breakout room and you have saved your recording file, it's time to share it with the event organiser and/or upload it into Brella.
Below you'll find some of the most popular and easy methods to store, share and add the recording to the Brella platform.
Transfer the recordings' file into a Cloud service provider and share easily
Once you have downloaded your recording locally, usually you can find the file on your pc/laptop "Downloads" folder. You can upload it to your preferred Cloud provider such as GDrive, iCloud, OneDrive or similar.
β‘Note: It's highly recommended to save your recording's in the cloud after downloading it. This will help to avoid any issues with the size of the file when sharing through email or other platforms.
- Share the file link directly from the file by clicking on the three dots (top-right corner)
- Find the embedded link and add the video to the Brella platform

Using third-party tools to compress your video
In case you don't use cloud services, you can make use of other tools to share the Breakout room recordings. Our main recommendation and to avoid issues with the file's size is to use a video compressor that will make a lighter version of it and facilitating to be transferred for example via email β¬
