The fastest and easy way to share your BOR recording is using any cloud services such as GDrive, iCloud, or similar.
After your session has ended in the Breakout room and you have saved your recording file, it's time to share it with the event organizer and upload it into Brella.
Below you'll find some of the most popular and easy methods to store, share and add the recording to the Brella platform.
Store and share the recording file in the Cloud
Transfer the recording file into a Cloud service provider and share it easily.
Once you have downloaded your recording locally, usually you can find the file on your pc/laptop "Downloads" folder. You can upload it to your preferred Cloud provider such as GDrive, iCloud, OneDrive, or similar.
⚡Note: It's highly recommended to save your recording in the Cloud after download. This will help avoid any issues with the size of the file when sharing through email or other platforms.
⭐When storing your recording in the Cloud you can easily:
- Share the file link directly from the file by clicking on the three dots (top-right corner)
- Find the embedded link and add the video to the Brella platform

Video compression options
Use third-party tools to compress your video.
If you don't use cloud services, you can use other tools to share the Breakout room recordings. Our main recommendation to avoid issues with the file's size is to use a video compressor that will make a lighter version and facilitate the transfer, for example, via email. ⬇
