Following these troubleshooting steps, we'll help you get back to your Brella event.
We can't deny that sometimes technology doesn't work properly, and at Brella, we would love to solve everything as quickly as possible. Still, our support team will do everything in their hands to help you with your trouble.
👉 Option 1
If you are using the web app (pc/laptop), clear the cache on your browser.
❗Note: When using your work pc/laptop and network connection, have in mind that some firewall setups could cause disruptions using external apps/software such as Brella. Check this article to know more about Security Firewalls Restrictions.
👉 Option 2
If you are using our iOS or Android mobile app, by going to your account settings and then to the menu in the top right corner, you can clear the cache on your mobile app.Still, nothing works!...
- Please, close and reopen the app/browser.
- Log out of Brella, then log in again.
- If the above steps do not solve your problem, please contact our support:
