Event Info Pages: Add Brella's Troubleshooting Steps

Learn how to facilitate faster solutions for your attendees' technical issues by including Brella's troubleshooting infographic as an event info page.

Intro

Sometimes technology does not work as we expect, and having events moved to a virtual environment makes us encounter technical troubles along the way.

You can ease your attendees' issues by adding our most common troubleshooting steps infographic as an event info page.

How to add as an image (steps)

 

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel   - Event info tab.
  2. Click 'Create new'.
  3. Add a title that matches your content. 
  4. Select Page type > 'Editor'. 
  5. Insert the Infographic as an image from the icon on the text bar. 
  6. Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Note: Adding it as an image does not allow for zooming in. If you prefer a version that can allow you to zoom in/out, you can upload the infographic as a website.  See below ⬇

How to add as a website (steps)

 

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel. - 'Event info' tab.
  2. Click on 'Create new'.
  3. Add a title, i.e., "❓Need help with Brella."
  4. Select Page type > 'Website'. 
  5. Insert the Infographic embedded link.
  6. Save changes at the bottom of the page.

You can add it to your Event info as a:

  • Website link OR
  • As an Editor using the hyperlink tool
