Add or remove organizations and user admins from an organization or event level in the admin panel.
After reading Organizations and Understanding the Admin Panel, you can invite your team to get started with building your events on Brella. πͺ
It's crucial to inform your team that they have access to the admin panel by logging in with their Brella credentials once added to the Admin Panel.

- Adding a new Organization Admin

πIn a nutshell: To add someone as an event admin, you need to be an Organization Admin. Then, the people to be added to Brella need to create a Brella account. They can do it by joining your event first as a participant.
- Please direct them to next.brella.io, and share your event open join link or unique join code.
- Instruct them to choose a sign-in method and a password of their choice.
- After that, they can join any future event hosted in Brella with the same login details.
- Then you can add them as an Event Admin by following these steps.
Log in to the Admin Panel

Go to manager.brella.io.

If you have a Brella account, you need to input your email.
If you don't have an account yet, please create one by following the steps in this article. -
After clicking on Continue with email, you'll get advice to Check your email. Do not close this tab! β Keep it open and open your email inbox.

When you open your inbox, open an unread email from Brella and confirm the sign-up by clicking on the link/button.
- Go back to the original tab that you left open earlier, finalize your profile by uploading your profile picture, typing in your name, title, company, and other information you see fit.

Ta-dah! You're in π When you log in back to your account in the future, and the process will be the same - you don't create a password π! Instead, you'll always log in by typing in your email address on the login page. Then, open your email, πConfirm & open Brella by opening the link in the email you received β Easy & safe!
π‘You can also create your account by authenticating through one of your social media accounts. To do so, click on Continue with LinkedIn, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
To add an Organization Admin:

Go to the Admin Panel.

Navigate to the Admins Page - Management page of organization admins and event admins.

Now go to Even Admins and click on Add Admin.
βNote: If you see this error message, check whether this email is enlisted in the Event Admins.
- Input the correct Email address (note this field is case-sensitive, ensure to add or remove capitals wherever needed) and select the Role.
- Save the changes.

ποΈ Inform your colleague that s/he is a new admin and direct them to access the Admin Panel by logging in with their Brella credentials. *Only if s/he is new to the event/organization.
To add an Event Admin:

Go to the Admin Panel.

Navigate to Admins - Management page of organization admins and event admins.

Now go to Even Admins and click on Add Admin.
- Input the correct Email address.
- Save the changes.

ποΈ Inform your colleague that s/he is a new admin and direct them to access the Admin Panel by logging in with their Brella credentials.
β οΈ Caution: Invite only the necessary people from your organization or related to the event's logistics. An event admin has full access to your event platform and can make any changes to your event.
Moving an Event Admin as an Organization Admin or vice versa
You can change an admin's rights to grant access to all your events and organization or one event specifically.
β If you are a new customer, please add your colleagues by clicking on Add admin. If you are a recurring customer, please check whether your colleagues are already an Event Admin and edit their rights to Organization Admins by clicking Edit.
To change admin rights:
- Go to the Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Admins - Management page of organization admins and event admins.
- Now select Organization OR Event Admins and click on Edit.
- Choose a Role for this admin, and click on the Pen icon.
- Save the changes by clicking OK.
- ποΈ Inform your colleague that s/he is a new admin and direct them to access the Admin Panel through manager.brella.io. *Only if s/he is new to the event/organization.
Remove Admins from your event.
βWhen removing an event admin, this person will lose access to the event. When removing an organization admin, this person will lose access to the organization and its events too.
To remove an admin:

Go to the Admin Panel.

Navigate to Admins - Management page of organization admins and event admins.

Now select Organization or Event Admins and click on Remove.

Click on Yes, remove again.
