Intro
It is important to get information about the event attendees as an event organizer. Brella allows you to gather important information about the event attendees covering areas like attendee detail, attendee meetings information, and the information on attendee chat. You can simply download the above data report using the steps given in the article.
Export attendee information
- Navigate to the Admin panel - Attendees
- Click on Attendees Export on the right side of the tab.
- You will receive a CSV file in your email with these details.

Export attendee engagement information (Meetings)
- Navigate to the Admin panel - people
- Select Attendees, then click on 'Meetings export' on the right side of the tab.
- You will receive a CSV file in your email with these details.

Export 1:1 Open chat data
- Navigate to the Admin panel - attendees
- Click on 'Open chat export' on the right side of the tab.
- You will receive a CSV file in your email with these details:

Open chat with
Export attendee data to CRM
- Go to the admin panel and navigate to Integrations.
- Click on Export data under Other.
- Here you will get the attendee export file and the meeting data in one file. The CSV file contains:

Job title

Number of meetings
Meetings with
Number of open chat
Open chat with
Opted out of networking

Mentoring in - To import the CSV file to your CRM, ensure it meets its requirements. Usually, all CSV files have the same format however the values such as titles vary per company. The values above need to match your CRMs. The best way to find that out is by going to their Help Center or Knowledge Base.
