Through the chat, they can engage by asking questions regarding topics presented, keynote highlights, share their own ideas, and reacting to comments with instant reactions (Emojis).

Enable the Brella chat on sessions

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel -> Content -> Schedule.
  2. Select Settings from the top menu
  3. Toggle 'Use chat' to enable/disable chat.

Check how it looks for your attendees on (next.brella.io).

How to manage chats

  • Delete messages - you can delete all messages that you do not want to keep in your booth Click on the three dots under the message (...), and click delete.
  • Tag people - you can tag all visitors and address their requests by entering '@' and then the name of that visitor.
  • Suggest meetings - you can check and suggest meetings to visitors who left a message in your booth chat. Navigate to the visitor's profile, click on their profile, check available times, and suggest a meeting

💡You will not receive any notifications when the message is being sent in your booth chat. Please check your booth chat on a frequent basis. Chat messages will not be available in the transcript form.
