What emails can I send through Brella?

You can send 2 types of emails through Brella - pending meeting reminder emails and event reminders. These are aimed to boost attendee activity in Brella.

These emails are essential to increase pre-engagement and adoption. Sending these emails is optional, but we have found that these emails significantly improve meeting rates and adoption rates. We suggest this schedule for sending out the emails:

On the 1st day of the event in the morning 3rd Pending notifications reminder email
1 day before the event in the morning Event reminder email

 

In the Admin Panel, you can set the specific times to send these emails. Go to the Communications Tab and add your first email by pressing "Add reminder" either under "Pending notifications reminder emails" or under "Event reminder email". You can send as many pending meeting reminder emails and only 1 event reminder email. Don't forget to press "Save" after adding an email.

  • Pending meeting reminder emails will be sent to those attendees that have some meeting requests unanswered. Receiving these emails usually increases their activity and prompts them to either accept, decline or reschedule the meeting requests they have received.
  • Event reminder email can only be sent once because the idea of this email is to remind the attendees about their opportunities at your event with Brella prior to the event. This email usually increases attendees pre-engagement, which is very important for a better networking experience. 

These emails are sent to all users that joined your event in Brella. You can see the list of these attendees in the People tab (read more about it here). Currently these emails are not customizable. Important: Do not schedule pending notification reminder emails for immediate sending, have at least 5 minutes minutes between scheduling and sending.
