View how many times and for how long a participant has watched the streams and sessions of your event.

Export stream traffic information

  • Live stream traffic analytics is a powerful tool to give you insights about who visited the stream, how many times they visited, and the time span a participant (attendee) spent watching the live stream in the Streams tab.
  • To see the analytics results at first glance during the event, you can go to the admin panel, select the Streams tab, and click on Analytics. On the left upper side (dropdown), select the stream you would like to see, and you will be shown a similar dashboard to the one below.
  • After the event, you can export stream views data per stream or all together at once.
    • To export data per stream, go to the admin panel > Streams > Analytics. There you can click on 'Export Data for Stream name.' The data will be exported in csv format.

    • You can also export all the streams analytics altogether by going to the admin panel > Streams Settings > click on Export zip.

Export session traffic information

  • Session traffic analytics is a powerful tool to give you insights on your sessions' performance and trends in the schedule, such as keynotes, panel discussions, etc. 
  • To see the results in the analytics during the event, go to the admin panel, open the session that you want to review by clicking Edit, then select Traffic Analytics. You'll see a screen similar to the one below.
  • After the event, you can export stream traffic data per stream or all together at once.
    • To export traffic data per session, go to the admin panel > Streams > Analytics. There, click on Export Data (csv).
