I have a technical problem, what should I do?

If you have technical a problem, follow these steps.

  1. If you are using our iOS or Android app, clear the cache by going to your account settings and then to the menu in the top right corner. If you are using the web, clear the cache on your browser.
  2. If the problem persists, please close and reopen the app / browser.
  3. If the problem persists, please log out of Brella, then log in again.
  4. If the above steps do not solve your problem, please contact our support:
