If you cannot find a user profile (e.g an attendee, a sponsor representative, or a speaker) that you are looking for through the People tab but you can find it through the Admin Panel, the person hasn't signed up for networking.
In order for your users to make new connections, they need to sign up for networking. Brella suggests everyone to sign up for networking during the app onboarding but it also allows you to skip it and come back to it later. In this case, the user cannot be seen on the platform by other users. As an event organizer, if you are missing someone but want to encourage them to sign up as soon as possible, you can share the following instructions with them.
- Open the Brella event and go to the People tab
- Click on the Start networking button, complete the onboarding process and you're good to go!
