How to embed a link in Brella

In order to show a live stream, video or other files to attendees through Brella, the file's embed link needs to be added to the Admin Panel. Content can be shown in the Stream tab in Brella or in an individual content session in the schedule.

Introduction

In order to show a livestream, video or other file within Brella, the stream's or file's embed link needs to be added to Brella's Admin Panel. Please see the related articles at the end of this article for tips on where to find the embed link from in YouTube and in Google Drive.

Note: In order for your content to show optimally within Brella, it is important to add an embed link to the Admin Panel. Do not use a direct share link, such as the link shown in your browser's address bar.

Adding an Embed Link to Brella's Stream Tab

Once you have the embed link copied to your clipboard, it's time to go to the Brella Admin Panel manager.brella.io. If you want to have the livestream or file shown to attendees under the Stream tab in Brella, you need to add the embed link through the Details tab in the Admin Panel to the "Stream links" field.
