Overview: Visitors activity

Get relevant insights of your booth's activity and who viewed your content from the data charts in the overview tab.

As a Sponsor admin, you can view the booth's activity and get information on the most active participants during the event days from the Overview tab.

⚑Important: If the traffic analytics table is not available in your view, it might not be part of your sponsorship. Hence, address this matter with your event organizer if you'd like to get access to such data.

Booth visits activity

The booth visit activity chart displays the total visits and unique visitors along with a time range that can be established from the date selector at the bottom of the graph.

To understand better what it refers to on each axis, check the information below:

  • Y-axis (left): Number of visits (# of times the booth was accessed).
  • X-axis: Date - this could vary according to when the platform was accessible for participants, but as default, it marks the event start and end date.
  • Y-axis (right): Number of unique visitors.
πŸ‘‰ When placing the mouse on top of the graph, it'll show the exact number of visits or visitors

πŸ’ŽTip: Use the maximize icon next to the 'Save' button to view the graph in full-screen mode.

Most active visitors

In the 'Most active' table, you can view the top 20 participants who interacted with your booth and the total time spent.

As a sponsor admin, you can organize those top 20 using the sorting arrows on each column, but as default, the visitors will be displayed in descendant style, having at the top the one with the highest total time spent. When a user with high-enough-total-time-spent enters the table, it will compare and refresh the page itself. Users who are sponsor reps will not be shown in this table.
