      Sponsor Execution: QR Lead Scanning

      Learn how to save your prospects and suggest faster meetings by using QR lead scanning feature on Brella's mobile app.

      Intro 

      Scanning a QR code is an intuitive and easy way for you to connect with other users (attendees and sponsors). It empowers you to book a meeting or send the other user a chat message with a single click — no searching / scrolling through the people tab needed!

      With this feature you would also be able to keep a personal list of all scanned contacts and leads under one tab - Prospects - on your Brella mobile app, and follow up with them whenever there is a need. 

      Where to find on mobile app

      • Open Brella's mobile app
      • Click on the event 
      • Navigate to the top right corner 
      • Click on the QR icon
      • This icon will always be available at the top even if you switch tabs from the bottom menu bar (People, Schedule, Speakers, Sponsors, etc.)

      My code Scan QR Code
      • Click on QR icon at the top right corner 
      • Show 'My code' page to attendees and sponsors at the event who you would like to be in contact with
      • You can click on the code to make it bigger (zoom in)
      • When showing your code, pitch why you would like to be in touch with the given delegate i.e. 'Demo proposal for product A', 'You apply for a position A at the company', etc.
      • Click on QR icon at the top right corner 
      • Click on 'Scan QR Code' tab and scan someone's QR code page from Brella, when provided by the delegate
      • Save the notes to ensure that you will remember who and why you need to get back to this attendee/sponsor
      • Once saved, you can find that attendee/sponsor on 'Prospects' page on People tab
      • You can connect with the saved prospect afterwards either via messaging or suggesting meeting. 
       

      Where to find the Prospects tab

      The sponsor representatives can see their own scanned leads under the prospect tab in the mobile app.

      1. Go to Peoples tab
      2. Click on Prospects

       

      Note: This feature will be available for you only if enabled by your event organizer. If you do not have access to this on both mobile app and sponsor admin panel, make sure to reach out to your event organizer. Thank you!
