Learn how to claim an event invite directly through your Brella account.

Organizers will send you an invitation to the event a few days before the event kicks off.
To claim an invite, log in to your Brella account. If you don't have one, please create a new account on next.brella.io. Then, click on Invites and click on "Claim seat."
Usually, event invitations are sent by email or directly to your Brella account.
Claim invite from your Brella account
If you received an event invitation from the organizers via email, go to your Brella account at next.brella.io and log in.
Then on the home page, you should find an Invites sub-tab.
Click "Claim seat" and start creating a profile for the event.
Claim invite from your email
If you received an event invitation in your email, go to your email inbox and open the invitation email from Brella.
Click on the join link you received from the organizers found on the event registration email OR go to next.brella.io, log in to your account, click on "Join New Event," and insert the join code given in the invitation. You can also find it at the end of the join link.
- If you are using your laptop 💻, go to next.brella.io and create a Brella account if you don't have one yet, OR click on the join link in your email and follow the steps in the platform.
- If you are using your smartphone📱, download the Brella app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in, and input the join code. To use Brella, you need at least Android v 6.0+ or iOS 9.0+.
- After signing in with either the mobile or web app, you will be prompted to enter a join code and continue creating an event profile. Once you're done, you can start exploring the event!
What to do if the invitation doesn’t arrive?
- Check that the email linked to your Brella account matches the email in the email invitation.
- If you don't receive the email invitation in your inbox, go to next.brella.io and check whether you have the invitation on your account. Log in and navigate to the Invites tab. You should be able to see your invitation. Click "Claim seat."
- A strong firewall could be blocking our emails from being successfully delivered in time. Please ask your IT team to enable our domains brella.io and *@brella.io. For more information, visit this article: Troubleshooting steps for Strong Firewall Security Setup
- If none of these steps work, please contact the Customer Support Team.
If you have an invitation with multiple seats, you can share the invites with your colleagues, partners, friends, etc. by copying the join link to your clipboard.
