Troubleshooting steps for the mobile app

If the app doesn't open, update, or is unresponsive, please follow the steps below.

The steps below will help you find the issue and resolve it:

  1. The Brella mobile app works on all iOS and Android software.
  2. Clear the app cache of the Brella app. Find steps here. If the issue persists,
  3. Reinstall the app by deleting it, and install it again. See how to do it per device type:

    πŸ“±Deleting the app on Android smartphones:
    1. Go to the Brella app. Press the icon a few seconds and then a pop-up bubble will show an 'Info' icon for the app.
    2. Delete the app.
    3. Reinstall the app. Go back to the Brella app settings and make sure that the storage and cache are 0MB. If it’s not clear it again.
    4. Open the app - Should work! Access the platform, as usual, following the steps on Signing in to Brella for the first time.
           πŸ“±Deleting the app on iPhone:
      1. Go to the Brella app. Press on the app icon and click on Remove App.

      2. Then, go to the Apple Store and search for Brella. Download the app again.

      3. Reinstall the app with the latest version. Go back to the Brella app settings and make sure that the storage and cache are 0MB. If it’s not clear it again.
      4. Open the app - Should work! Access the platform, as usual, following the steps on Signing in to Brella for the first time.
