Intro
Are you having trouble login into the Brella account since you have forgotten the password? Don't worry! You can reset your password directly from the Brella login page, and you don't have to create a new account.
❗Note that some events are hosted at Brella with a different join link (other than next.brella.io). So please read carefully what link or app you need to log in to join the event.
❗Note the password reset link is only valid for 6 hours. After 6 hours you will need to request a new password reset link.
How to Reset a Password
Web
1. Go to next.brella.io
2. Enter the registered email address
3. Click on forgot password which will take you to https://password-reset.brella.io/
4. Click on reset
5. Check your email inbox. You will receive an email with instructions to follow.
6. Click on change password and set up a new password
7. Login into the account with your new password
8. You're in!
Mobile
- Go to the Brella application
- Enter the registered email address
- Click on forgot password which will take you to https://password-reset.brella.io/
- Click on reset Check your email inbox. You will receive an email with instructions to follow.
- Click on change password and set up a new password
- Login into the account with your new password
- You're in!
