How to clear the cache on the mobile app?

Usually, any technical issue is caused by the cache, so here is the step-by-step guide for you on how to clear the cache on the Brella mobile app:

To empty your mobile app cache: 

  1. When on the app, click on the More tab in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click Edit your profile below your photo, name, company, and title.
  3. Click on the bar marked Edit account information.
  4. Click β€œ...” in the top right corner and select Clear app cache.
