Export Attendees Report

View the details of your event's attendee engagement, 1:1 meetings, attendee profile information, and attendee meeting information.

You can find valuable insights about your attendees and the event itself under the People's tab in the admin panel. This article contains:

⭐ All the attendee engagement data and statistics are live and can be monitored at all stages of your event.

☝️Attendee mobile activity is not included in the traffic analytics report yet. It's coming soon!

Export attendees information:

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. Navigate to People, select Attendees, then click on Attendees export on the right side of the tab.
  3. You will receive a csv file to your email with these details.
    First name
    Last name
    Company name
    Joined at
    Email
    Number of meetings
    Authentication provider
    Opted out of networking

⭐ Tip: You can see EXTRA attendee information in one file by exporting the csv file from the Integrations tab.

Export attendees engagement information (Meetings)

If you want to see the number of meetings ('who met whom') and meeting statuses.

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. Navigate to People, select Attendees, then click on 'Meetings export' on the right side of the tab.
  3. You will receive a csv file to your email with these details.
    Date
    Time
    Status
    Table
    Requester
    Email
    Requester Name
    Requester Company Requester
    Title Receiver
    Email Receiver
    Name Receiver
    Company Receiver
    Title
    Created
    Changed status

 

Export 1:1 Open chat data

If you want to see details of the 1:1 chats generated during the event.

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. Navigate to People, select Attendees, then click on 'Open chat export' on the right side of the tab.
  3. You will receive a csv file to your email with these details:

Export attendee data to CRM

Export attendee data from Brella to your preferred CRM platform.

  1. Go to the admin panel and navigate to Integrations.
  2. Click on Export data under Other
    integrations exportables
  3. Here you will get the attendee export file and the meetings data in one file. The csv file contains:
    First name
    Last name
    Email
    Company name
    Job title
    Operates in
    Event name
    Event date
    Joined at
    Number of meetings
    Meetings with
    Number of open chat
    Open chat with
    Opted out of networking
    Networking about
    Exploring getting or buying
    Offering or selling
    Seeking a job in
    Offering a job in
    Seeking investment for
    Investing in
    Looking for a mentor in
    Mentoring in
  4. To import the csv file to your CRM, ensure it meets its requirements. Usually, all csv files have the same format however the values such as titles vary per company. The values above need to match with your CRM's. The best way to find that out is by going to their Help Center or Knowledge Base.
