Filtering Multiple Invites by Status or Seats to Send Invitation Emails

Now that you know how to send invitation emails through the admin panel, it's easier for you to understand that you can also:

πŸ“₯ Send Invitation Emails per Status

You can choose to send invitation emails per status at different times. For example, you'd like to invite sponsors earlier than attendees to let them prepare for networking and get acquainted with the platform.

To do that,

  1. Go to the Invites sub-tab, and click on the small icon ( ) next to Status.
  2. Then, you'll see two statuses to choose from: "Sent" and "Not Sent."
  3. Select the status you wish to filter.
  4. Next, select all the invites displayed and click Send emails.
  5. Attendees will receive the invitation email to the status chosen.

πŸ“© Resend invitation emails to people who haven't claimed their tickets

You can choose to send invitation emails per seat at different times. For example, you want to resend an invitation email to all attendees who haven't claimed their tickets yet.

To do that,

  1. Go to the Invites sub-tab, and click on the small icon ( ) next to Seats.
  2. Then, you'll see a list of two categories, "None Claimed" and "Partially Claimed."
  3. Select the None claimed.
  4. Next, select all the invites displayed and click Send emails.
  5. Attendees will receive the invitation email again.
