Schedule: Enable Session Live Chat

Increase attendee engagement by enabling a chat in the Schedule. Navigate to Schedule, 'Enable Chat', and toggled it on.

The Brella chat allows attendees to send messages and connect with other people through the content sessions before, during, and post-event.

They can ask questions regarding topics presented, keynote highlights, share their own ideas, and react to comments with instant reactions (Emojis). 

How to enable the Brella chat to your sessions

  1. Go to Schedule.
  2. Go to Settings and choose to enable chat
  3. All content streams now have a chat.
  4. Check how it looks for your attendees on (next.brella.io).


👉 How do I manage chats?
Chats will be managed by all admins or event managers in Brella. They will be able to do it from their own Brella accounts. No need to give access to the Admin Panel!

💡 Tip: Assign a team to supervise the chats that are good, positive, and appropriate!
