Overview:
Brella offers two easy, intuitive methods to get new members to join your community:
Personalized Invite Code
Personalized invite codes offer you complete control over who can join your community, ensuring that it stays exclusive.
Instructions

Log in to your Brella Admin Panel (manager.brella.io)

Navigate to the Admin Panel for your community.

Navigate to the Invites tab.

Click on the green "Create invites" button.

In the modal that opens, type in the email address (or multiple email addresses) and select the number of seats each invite in the group should receive.
- To type multiple email addresses in the same field, just tap the Enter key after each email address.
- If you select the seat count as 2, and type in multiple email addresses, each of those invitees will receive an invite with 2 seats. In other words, each unique invite code that is created can be used twice.

π‘ Note: The first version of Brella Communities doesnβt support sending automated invite emails from your community Admin Panel. You will have to manually copy and email the invite codes (or unique join links) to your prospective members using your favorite email automation tool. Automated invite emails (similar to the feature available in our event platform) will be added in the future.
Open Invite
Open invites allow you to create a general invite with an unlimited number of seats β allowing you to offer more inclusive access to your community. Currently, there is no way to toggle this on or off.
What this means is that if the Community Manager shares the join link (from the details tab) with attendees from ongoing or previous events, then anyone can join without an invite.
