Communications: Edit or Delete Announcements

Learn how to edit or delete previously sent announcements

Intro

In certain situations, you may be required to edit or delete the created announcements. Brella allows the event organizer to do the needful using the event admin panel. 

Edit an Announcement (Steps)

 

  1. Navigate to the Admin PanelAnnouncements tab.
  2. Click the announcement to edit.
  3. Edit all the content you like and ensure the date and time are still correct.

Your attendees will be able to find the edited announcement in the More tab. You can see how announcements look to your attendees here.


Delete an announcement (Steps)

 

  1. Navigate to the Admin PanelAnnouncements tab.
  2. Click the announcement you want to remove.
  3. Select Delete, and a confirmation pop-up message will show, click Delete again.

You have now successfully deleted this announcement. Please note that we will not be able to retrieve any deleted announcements.
