      Matchmaking: Download Matchmaking Statistics and Data

      Learn how to download matchmaking statistics and data from the admin panel

      Intro

      You can download both matchmaking statistics and matchmaking data from the admin panel. Matchmaking statistics which are downloaded at the event are used to understand the attendee's/users' interests and intent when they were accessing/viewing the event. It allows the event organizer to identify the type of attendees/users who came for the event and to make a record of it for future purposes for their organization. 

      How to download matchmaking statistics

       

      1. Navigate to the Admin Panel of your event.
      2. Click on the "Matchmaking" tab from the sidebar.
      3. Click "Statistics"
      4. You can now select "Export data (.CSV)" to send the matchmaking statistics to your email.

      How to download matchmaking data

      1. Navigate to the Admin Panel of your event.
      2. Click on the "Matchmaking" tab from the sidebar.
      3. Click "Settings"
      4. Select "Export Matchmaking data" and Click on "Export.CSV" and then these details will be sent to your email.
