Best practices for meeting slots tags

If your event is having different types of meetings sessions, then here are some best practices for you!

  1. Hybrid event
  2. Recruitment sessions 
  3. Meetings during content sessions

Note: If you are planning to have different types of meeting slots, communicate about this in advance to your stakeholders and make it clear enough, so that they will be able to plan their meetings more efficiently. Remember: communication is the key to success! 

Hybrid event

If you are planning to have a hybrid event and would like to differentiate meeting slots for your stakeholders, the best practice would be to:

  1. Add/have different timeframes for different meeting slots
  2. Add a dedicated tag which will illustrate if it's an 'Online' or 'Onsite' meeting slot
  3. Add different duration per slot (mins/meeting)

Recruitment sessions 

If you are planning to have a recruitment event and would like to differentiate meeting slots for your stakeholders, the best practice would be to:

  1. Add/have different timeframes for different meeting slots
